AETERNA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, unclaimed, or damaged once they have been shipped. For these issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Once an order has been shipped, AETERNA is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses. Orders cannot be shipped Cash on Delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. AETERNA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
